Refusal to Approval in less than 4 months

A Client from Ongar, Essex contacted Thompson Planning near the end of February 2017 with a recent refusal in the Green Belt. The Client desperately needed an Annex for a family member.

With minimal design changes and a strong planning argument a permission was issued at the end of May 2017. Within 4 months an Instruction was secured, plans revised, the application submitted and the Council had issued a decision (despite taking the full 8 weeks)!
