Site viability for eighteen dwellings

Working to a tight schedule with Link Architectural Ltd, we have been able to design a site layout based on the existing building mass to provide eighteen family homes in the Green Belt.

The proposed layout provides a mix of three and four bedroom homes, both detached and semi-detached. The proposals comprise four different unit types with further variation available with material adaptations. We were pleased to deliver conceptual plans and layout within four weeks of instruction.
