Site Concept Framework for fifty dwellings

Thompson Planning Ltd have been working in partnership with Katharine Allen Architects to provide site promotion material to Epping Forest District Council as part of the Local Plan process.

Support has included representation throughout the Local Plan process, provision of promotional material, preparation for a Masterplan to demonstrate deliverability and provision of comprehensive Site Concept Framework. Services have also included submission of consultation responses and promotion with the Parish Council

Thompson Planning Ltd will be continuing to support the client through the Examination in Public (EiP) process.
